We are an accredited ADR provider committed to transforming conflict resolution across Africa through professionalism, empathy, accessibility, confidentiality, and excellence.

We only collect data needed to provide ADR services, run our website, and communicate with you:

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number when you fill our contact form, book a consultation, or email us.

  • Case information: details about disputes, parties involved, documents you submit for mediation or arbitration.

  • Communication records: messages, emails, and call notes related to your matter.

 

Information collected automatically:

  • Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, via Wix analytics and cookies.

  • Device data: device type and operating system for site optimization.

 

We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 without verified parental consent. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us to delete it.

We use your information for these specific purposes:

  1. Deliver ADR Services: To schedule sessions, prepare mediators/arbitrators, and facilitate resolutions in line with our mission of empowering individuals and organizations.

  2. Confidential Case Management: To maintain secure records of proceedings in accordance with ADR ethics and confidentiality standards.

  3. Communication: To respond to inquiries, send appointment confirmations, and share updates about your matter.

  4. Website Improvement: To analyze site traffic and improve user experience on our Wix site.

  5. Legal Compliance: To meet obligations under Ghanaian law and GNAAP accreditation requirements.

 

We process data based on your consent, contractual necessity, and legitimate interest in providing ADR services.

4. How We Protect and Store Your Data Collect and Use Your Data 

Confidentiality is a core P.E.A.C.E. value for CAAMC. We apply strict safeguards:​

  • Confidentiality Protocol: All case files are stored separately from public data. Only assigned mediators/arbitrators and authorized staff can access them.

  • Security Measures: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Wix, Google, and Outlook servers. Physical documents are kept in locked, access-controlled storage.

  • Retention: Case records are kept for 7 years after closure, as required for legal and accreditation purposes. Inquiry data is deleted after 24 months if no service is engaged.

  • No Sale of Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. Sharing Your Information 

We share data only when necessary and lawful:

  • With Your Consent: We disclose details to other parties only if all parties agree, as required for multi-party mediation.

  • Service Providers: Wix for hosting, Microsoft Outlook for email, and secure cloud storage providers under confidentiality agreements.

  • Legal Requirements: If required by Ghanaian law, court order, or GNAAP audit.

  • Court-Connected ADR: If your matter is court-referred, limited information may be shared with the referring court per procedural rules.

6. Your Rights 

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.

  • Request deletion of data where no legal obligation exists to retain it.

  • Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing.

7. Cookies and Website Tracking
